Initial Consultation

I create a 3D footprint of your home including square footage, room sizes, design flow, and exterior elevations.
Preliminary Design
Fine-tuning details like furniture placement and electrical design. Review everything in 3D at my office to answer any questions.
Structural Design
Final plans are completed to meet all local and state building codes, ready for permit submission.
